If Moustor is not right for you, e-mail support@moustor.com within 30 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, but we will consider requests made within 14 days of a renewal in good faith (for example when you forgot to cancel and have not used the service in the new period). Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then in Billing → Manage subscription and you pay nothing.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers) — Widerrufsbelehrung
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Alto3D Aleksandar Toshovski, Seltenbachstr. 8, 76327 Pfinztal, Germany, hello@moustor.com — or Paddle (paddle.net) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used, without any fees. If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided until you communicated your withdrawal — in practice, the 30-day guarantee above means we refund the first payment in full anyway.
