Terms of Service (AGB)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Moustor (moustor.com and the Moustor browser extension), operated by Alto3D Aleksandar Toshovski (“Moustor”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. What Moustor does

Moustor drafts replies to your Etsy customer messages using AI, based on your own products, shop knowledge, policies and rules. Drafts are suggestions: you review and send every message yourself. Moustor never sends messages on your behalf and never asks for your Etsy credentials.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use Moustor for your own business. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account corresponds to one shop.

3. Plans, prices and billing

Moustor offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (monthly or yearly). Current plans, included monthly AI-reply quotas and prices are shown on the pricing page; prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable VAT where shown.

Paid plans are sold by our merchant of record Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc.). Paddle charges your payment method, issues invoices and handles taxes and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; you are charged for the first period only after the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then at no cost.

You can upgrade, downgrade, update your payment method or cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription (the Paddle customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of every paid plan, and EU/UK consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, and how to request a refund, are in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

5. Fair use and quotas

Each plan includes a monthly number of AI replies and product-catalogue limits as shown on the pricing page. Unused quota does not roll over. We may throttle or refuse automated abuse (e.g. scripted bulk generation unrelated to real customer conversations).

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Moustor to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or spam messages, to violate Etsy's policies or any third party's rights, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or circumvent the service. You remain solely responsible for the messages you send to your customers and for compliance with Etsy's terms.

7. Your content and data

You retain all rights to your products, knowledge, rules and conversations. You grant us the licence needed to process that content to provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate drafts). How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; AI output may contain errors, which is why every draft must be reviewed before sending. We may change features or prices with reasonable notice; price changes apply from your next billing period and you may cancel before they take effect.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections 7, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (Kardinalpflichten), limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded. Moustor is not liable for the content of messages you choose to send.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The purchase contract for paid plans is with Paddle and is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
